With over twenty years of business and technology leadership experience, Bill Hole is a long-time industry advocate, working to support the technology sector at all levels of government. Bill holds a master’s degree in information systems from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington in addition to a bachelor’s degree in media and mass communication from the University of Washington, Bothell.

Bill has earned a reputation for being a trusted advisor to companies throughout the United States, leading business innovation and modernization initiatives through purposeful cloud and AI solutions. As a mentor in the technology community, Bill actively supports students, new graduates, and industry peers. He has also represented the industry in articles, podcasts, blogs, and presentations at events worldwide.

As a member of the Voices for Innovation Advisory Task Force, Bill has participated in White House Executive Briefings, advocated for industry issues before the Washington State Legislature, and actively engaged tech leaders at the local level. He is well-known in his community as an effective advocate for Career and Technical Education, Computer Science education, and STEM programs.

In addition, Bill actively supports the annual Congressional App Challenge, helping high school students across Washington’s 1st Congressional District with their creative app entries. Lastly, Bill is a strong supporter of public transportation including the Cascadia Innovation Corridor initiative and the Cascadia High-Speed Rail Project.

Originally from the San Fernando Valley in Southern California, Bill worked in film production, special events management, and marketing for several motion picture companies before entering the technology field. Outside of work, he enjoys live concerts, travel, and social gatherings with family, friends, and colleagues.
