Debra is the Global Vice President of Partner Success at Sitecore. Sitecore is a customer experience management company that provides web content management and multichannel marketing automation software. Debra and her team are responsible for supporting the Sitecore Partner community to enable them to provide solutions that create human connections between brands and their customers, with rich end-to-end content, seamless commerce, and always-on personalization.

Prior to joining Sitecore, Debra held the following roles: Global Partner Marketing Manager for Cloudreach’s Azure Practice, Vice President of Alliances at UDT/ConQuest, US Senior Alliances Manager at SoftwareONE, and Partner Enablement Manager with Microsoft. Debra was recruited into SoftwareONE from Microsoft to lead their US Alliances Partner Program after an accomplished 15 year career supporting the Microsoft Partner community. From channel development and marketing to sales enablement and coaching, Debra worked with partners of all shapes and sizes throughout the East Region. She’s the recipient of multiple Microsoft’s President’s Gold Club Awards and believes in giving back to the community she loves. Debra was formerly the International Inspire Chair, Americas Secretary, East Region Chair, and NYC Chapter President of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP). Debra was honored with the IAMCPs International Microsoft Representative of the Year Award in 2009. Debra proudly joins the Advisory Task Force with Voices for Innovation for 2020 with continued passion for supporting the IT business community.

Debra lives is Saratoga Springs in New York.  In her free time she enjoys traveling and reading.
