Emilie Hersh has led multi-million dollar engagements for global companies, built out cross-functional teams with a focus on exceptional delivery and exceeding customer expectations, and created successful sales teams based on her own accomplishments in business development; the addition of this to the InterKnowlogy team has been wildly beneficial. Emilie has an MBA from the University of San Diego, with a dual emphasis in Project Management and Supply Chain Systems, and has remained an active member of the Alumni community where she has successfully increased participation, professional event offerings, and the USD network.
Emilie also serves on the Board of Athena, as well as co-chairing the Technology Special Interest Group; Athena is an organization dedicated to women in technology and the life sciences, currently serving more than 500 members locally. Additionally, Ms. Hersh serves on the boards of the Carlsbad Education Foundation and the College of Business Administration (CoBA) at California State University, San Marcos. The ability to drive interest in STEM-based learning opportunities is of great interest to Ms. Hersh and many of her peers, so events and involvement with such organizations remains a top priority!
She is passionate about the leading-edge technologies and solutions that are possible based on the .Net stack, and the ability to work with customers to help them realize their business goals via the incorporation of highly innovative concepts. Committed to the development of her own team, Emilie supports all of her team members to ensure that they are aware of and pursuing the professional opportunities in which they are most interested by creating innovative programs within the company, and encouraging others to do the same.
