At a recent Voices for Innovation summit, we had the chance to ask members of our Advisory Task Force to share reasons why they participate in VFI. Check out what they have to say about the value of advocacy…
The Case for Tech Policy Advocacy
The simple fact is, we all use technology virtually every day. It plays a role in how we learn, work, and connect with one another—and it’s a primary driver of our nation’s economy.
It’s critically important that public policies—at all levels of government—spur innovation, support the tech economy, and leverage technology to address our greatest challenges.
As Marc Hoppers says in the video, “VFI makes it easy for people to get involved.” We keep our members up to date on what’s happening in the world of tech policy and highlight opportunities to help advance sensible policies that support technology innovation, access, education, jobs, and more.
If you’re not already part of VFI, please sign up today. You’ll receive our weekly tech policy Executive Briefing, invitations to tech policy briefings, and more.
