The Cybersecurity Tech Accord promotes a safer online world by fostering collaboration among global technology companies committed to protecting their customers and users and helping them defend against malicious threats.

A Global Commitment to Cybersecurity

Signatories of the Accord commit to:

  • Striving to protect users and customers everywhere from cyberattacks.
  • Opposing cyberattacks on citizens and enterprises worldwide.
  • Empowering users, customers, and developers to strengthen cybersecurity protections.
  • Partnering with other tech companies and like-minded groups to enhance cybersecurity.

More than 100 tech companies of all sizes have signed on to the Accord. Signatories include global leading companies such as Microsoft and SAP, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, such as AvePoint, LawToolBox, NetCom Learning, and US Licensing Group.

At the urging of VFI partner leader Ryan Risley, his company Wipfli—an accounting and business consulting firm—joined the Tech Accord.

“Wipfli has been working to protect the interest and security of our clients for over 80 years. As a firm, we are aligned with the Cybersecurity Tech Accord’s core principles and believe all organizations should support them.  It is an important initiative that helps to educate and influence community expectations and is aligned with the Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace,” said Ken Kortas, Partner at Wipfli.
